REMEMBER you are to be IN THE LOCKER ROOM until a coach shows up and tells you that you can leave!  Only the male parent is allowed in the locker room.  Here are your locker room duty dates. Your family will be in charge of the week Sunday to Saturday, every practice and game home or away! 

Everyone volunteering is required to take the Safe Sport training.

If your week does not work, it is your responsibility to reach out and swap with another family.

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS

All volunteers involved with players are REQUIRED to complete a U.S.A Hockey Registration,  Minnesota Hockey Background Check, and SafeSport Training.

 ALL* parents are now required to complete a background check and SafeSport training. 

STEP 1

A U.S.A Hockey Registration is required for any volunteer involved with players.

• The registration is free and takes just a few minutes.

STEP 2

The Minnesota Hockey Background Checks are required for any volunteers involved with players.

• The background checks are good for two years and are free.
• The link to the Minnesota Hockey Background Checks is: https://www.minnesotahockey.org/
• Please select District 6 from the Districts / Associations Tab on top of the page.
• Once completed you will receive a confirmation number. This is valid for two (2) seasons. 
• If you do not have record of doing this last year or you are unsure if you did it last year, PLSHA has been advised by Scott Gray at MN hockey to re-submit.  

STEP 3

The SafeSport Trainings are required  for any volunteers involved with players (ALL PARENTS).

• The training is good for two years.

• If you believe you completed this training last year - refer to email the association sent out to verify
