PLAYERS, COACHES & SPECTATORS
Prior to arrival: Before arriving each day (once daily), please complete the PLSHA Health Questionnaire to assist with any possible contact tracing that may be needed in the future (multiple family members can be reported on the same form). Any players. coaches, or spectators exhibiting symptoms or signs of an illness should reference the MDH COVID-19 Decision Tree and follow its guidance prior to entering the facility or participating in tournament play.

PLAYERS
Arriving at the rink: [ENTER USING SLIDING DOORS]
1. Players must not enter the arena prior to 10 minutes before the start of their scheduled ice time.
2. Players enter using the sliding door, adjacent to the horseshoe dropoff zone and adjacent to the event center.
3. Players should arrive at the rink fully dressed, with the exception of skates, helmet, and gloves. Goalies are allowed to arrive half dressed.
4. No equipment bags will be allowed in facilities with the exception of goalies.
5. Players must arrive wearing a cloth face covering.
6. Locker rooms will not be available..
7. Players should arrive with their own rehydration liquids in clearly marked or labeled resealable containers; do not plan to refill containers at the rink.
SPECTATORS

1. Spectators are limited to two spectators per player with the exception of parents who must bring young children with them.
2. Spectators arrive at game time, no earlier.
3. Per the state mandate, cloth face coverings (masks) must be worn by everyone inside an arena at all times.
PLAYERS & COACHES
Game play:
1. Only active players and three coaches are allowed on the bench during game play. Players who are unable to participate may not be on the bench.
2. Coaches not coaching on the bench will be counted as a player's spectator.
3. Coaches must wear a mask while on the ice or on the bench for all games/warmups, unless a pre-existing medical condition is on file with their association leadership.
4. Coaches must maintain their team's medical waiver(s) on their persons at all times.
5. Coaches/team managers should have accurate emergency contact information for players in the event of illness during play.
6. Visiting coaches must maintain an accurate listing of participants/attendance (coaches and players) for each game in written or electronic format that could be requested if contact tracing is required.
7. No resurfacing will occur between periods.
8. There will be no pregame or postgame handshakes; instead use a stick salute postgame.
SPECTATORS

Exit the rink immediately following the game and have your player meet you at your vehicle. You may not congregate in the lobby or other areas of the arena.

Teams must exit the arena no later than 10 minutes following the conclusion of their game.
