2017-18 Tryout Info

Team formation will be determined based on registration numbers and tryout results.  Primary consideration will be given to what leads to the best development of players over the long term. Please see the PLSHA calendar for practice schedules once teams are set. 

Note: Parents will not be allowed on site during tryout sessions. No Exceptions!

WHAT TO BRING

  • $300 Volunteer Deposit Check per player (post dated 4/1/2018) 
    OR
    $250 Volunteer Buyout Check (dated current)
  • Gold helmet
  • Consent to Treat will be collected by team managers. The code of conduct is signed electronically at time of registration.

Note: Mite Evaluations will only be Sunday, October 8th (no longer 2 day event as noted on the above PDF).


PLSHA has partnered with HockeyStop this year for the Be Tryout Ready campaign. HockeyStop will donate $1 for every pair of PLSHA skates they sharpen throughout the tryout season. There is no limit on the number of skates!!! 

The Be Tryout Ready campaign starts September 1st and runs through December. There are two store locations now: One in Prior Lake (16731 highway 13) and one in Chanhassen (460 West 79th Street)
